FutureBrand Australia adds new team members

FutureBrand Australia has added two new team members to service continued new client growth, appointing Sam Hughes to the role of Brand Experience Director and Ashish Adsul as Brand Manager.

Sam will lead FutureBrand's brand-led customer brand experience offer, developing strategies that transform the brand experience in those moments that matter and utilising his extensive background in service design.

I'm genuinely excited to have joined FutureBrand, a company where the importance of connecting customers with meaningful, purposeful experiences is not only understood but also delivered.

Sam has previously worked with a range of companies including Elevate Design & Strategy, Principals and Six Black Pens, and he fills Stephen Barber's role following Stephen's recent elevation to global Chief Executive Officer.

Ashish is a qualified engineer who has spent his career working in brand and marketing via Toast, Ogilvy and Leo Burnett. His title of Brand Manager reflects FutureBrand Australia's approach to rethinking the typical ‘account manager’ role and dedicating client service positions to helping clients build, manage and grow their brands.

Only a handful of times are you presented with an opportunity to work with the leadership team to redefine your own role. With their help and support, I am hoping to change the way traditional ‘account management’ is perceived and to become a true guide for our clients and their brands.
